500g of forequarter chops or diced lamb (pending stock that month)
All of our lamb is 100% grassfed and finished, raised with no chemicals, and no nasty additives in the final product. Our sheep are all bred here at Rising Sun Farm, sparing them the stress of excess handling and transport and instead leaving them to roam and graze on a wide variety of plantlife in our pastures - all under the watchful eye of our guardian alpacas and livestock dogs.
